Born in Japan, now a resident of Rhode Island, Hiroko has been exhibited extensively in US and Internationally in over 100 shows. She has taught workshops at Brown Learning Community, Attleboro Museum, RI Watercolor Society, Wickford Art Associations, Newport Art Museum, Springfield Missouri and various schools in the area. Her collage works are published in the book, “New Art International” 2001, the cover of “RI Health and Medicine Magazine” 2003 and a biography will be included in “Marquis Who’s Who of American Women” 2004-2005 edition and in Disney Movie. She is a recipient of top awards in international and national shows. She is a member of Watercolor USA Honor Society, Art League of Rhode Island, New Haven Paints and Clay Club, Pennsylvania Watercolor Society, RI Watercolor Society and 19 On Paper.
